Jesse Johnson Biography

Musician, Producer, Engineer, Songwriter, and Higher Ground Music founder Jesse Johnson has performed in every major city in America, as well as Europe. After leaving The Boston Conservatory of Music, Jesse toured for three years with the Broadway Musical, HAIRSPRAY. Jesse has recorded two full length LPs; "CAUSE & EFFECT," and the self titled debut of NYC rock band, "WRECKETH." In studio he has been lucky enough to work with and learn from Grammy Award winning engineer, Ibo Rodriguez. He has also been blessed to perform and record with such stars as Joey McCintyre (NKOB), Tevin Campbell, Ashley Parker Angel (O Town), Naturi Naughton (3LW), Diana Degarmo, (American Idol), Darlene Love ("He's a Rebel," "Da Doo Ron Ron"), Alan Childs (David Bowie, Rod Stewart), Frank Canino (Cornell Dupree, Warne Marshe/Sal Mosca Quartet), and many more.
